Parks & Recreation - Heintzelman Pond Preserve

Bushkill Township

The Bushkill Township Heintzelman Pond Preserve is a 10 acre preserve located off West Beil Avenue. The Township purchased the parcel in 2015 and subsequently constructed a parking area, a walking trail around the fishing pond as well as pedestrian access to Young Road. The site is a great location to spend an afternoon fishing with family and enjoying the rural character of the preserve.

Bushkill Township recognizes the need to have rules and regulations established for open space properties acquired for use by the general public and the following rules apply to Heintzelman Pond Preserve.
